QUALIFICATIONS: MT-BC; minimum of one year working with special education populations. Will consider new graduates with internship experience working in this area. Expected to be board-certified within 6 months of employment.

DESCRIPTION: Private music therapy services company seeks MT-BCs to provide group and individual music therapy in the Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach areas. Opportunity for working in a variety of settings including: classroom, clinic, and private homes. The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of cognitive and behavioral strategies, psychological and developmental theory. Candidates will conduct MT evaluations and develop treatment goals with director supervision. Full-time employee positions are salaried based upon a 5-day (consecutive), 40 hour week and may require evening and/or weekend hours. Must have reliable transportation and ability to work independently. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!
